I've seen your car, are you affiliated with local government or law enforcement? NO! Poopie Trooper is a private enterprise dog scooping service. Our "Patrol Car" is our marketing vehicle and by the way, it is an actual retired cop car!!
How much do you charge for your services? Our rates vary, basically, we charge by the number of dogs in your household, and how many times we service your yard each week. See our rates page for more info.
What forms of payment do you accept? Clients may pay by Cash, Personal Check* or Credit Card. (Visa and MasterCard accepted)
What do you do with the poop once it's removed from the yard? We will double bag the droppings using recyclable and SCENTED bags and leave it in the customers trash. If you are uncomfortable with this practice, we can discuss different options at our initial consultation.*We are desperately searching for biodegradable bags!
How does you billing work? When you hire us to service your yard, you will pay for the first time clean-up charge, along with your first month's service (4 weeks from initial hiring). Invoices for the following month will be left on your door on the third week of your current months (4 weeks) service for the following month. Your payment is due on or before your first week of the next month's service. You basically have 14 days from the time you receive your invoice to avoid any interruption of service.
Will my service day ever change?? It could. Presently service days are in place, but if business increases in a certain area, adjustments may need to be made. You will be notified in advance, and if every effort will be made to insure your satisfaction.
